2.       17-20 EQUIPMENT SUPPLY OF CINCINNATI applicant, 1340 ST. RT 42 NE LONDON, OHIO 43140 request permission for front setback 29’variance/left side 26’

variance/ 12:4% greenspace variance is for modification to setback of the front yard to 71’-0 and the side yard to 24’-0. Existing lot coverage is 74.5% with the area required for semi maneuvering new lot coverage will be 86.9% Deercreek twp. (Parcel 477 Areial 27 VMS 7829 Tax pin #05-00273.000)
