    When: Monday October 5, 2020 at 8:00 PM

  1.               1.. 20-25 Derek Warner 13579 State Route 56 Mt Sterling, Ohio 43143, C/O Bill Warner 13579 State Route 56 Mt. Sterling, Ohio 43143. Requested permission for A-1 Conditional use permit to split out 20.001 acres from the mother parcel of 51 acres for one new agricultural housing site to be known as the first housing conditional use permit for placement of single family residence. Pleasant Township (Parcel-632 Aerial-70 VMS-7883 Tax Pin #17-00574.004.

    building setback variance from 30’ to 15’ (total 15’) variance to construct a 30x40 pole barn. Darby Township (Parcel-774 Aerial-4 VMS-1064 Tax Pin#03-00017.004.
