OFFICE AT 825 U.S. RT. 42 NE, LONDON, OHIO 43140.

The property owner or a representative “MUST BE PRESENT” or no action will be taken on the case.

An additional fee will be required to reschedule the case.

1.     15-18 – John & J’Nell Boyd, applicants/property owners, 6680 Plain City-Georgesville Road, Plain City, Ohio 43064, request permission for a left property line variance from 30’ down to 20’ (10’ variance) to construct a detached storage building  at the above location in Canaan Township.  (Parcel: 247 – Aerial: 8 – VMS: 12746 – Tax Pin #: 01-00638.012)
